The highest they come in is 20mg tablets. Doctors will go as high as 40mg per day. It is possible to OD on Lexapro and it is a nasty way to die. You might have to take massive doses everyday and eventually you will get something called serotonin syndrome which will send you body into shock and you would get a fever and be really sick for a while before you died. It is pretty hard to get serotonin syndrome so you might just get really, really sick and live through it.
