I’m taking 20mg of Lexapro daily and if a miss a day if feel like I become irritatable and anxious(sort of how I felt before taking it). My pharm. says it doesn’t work way but it definately seems that way. Has anyone else experienced this or is it “in my head”?

It may be in you head in the sense that you are more aware of your vulnerabilities when you dwell on the fact that you haven’t taken your medication. But another possibility might be that 20mg is just barely enough for you, and you do notice sooner when you do without. That’s just a guess on my part, though.
