I was wondering what other peoples’ dosage is. His seems awful high. It showed up as slightly toxic on his blood test at his MD’s office. the advice you gave was given in good faith and as a caring person but the best thing that you really should tell your friend to do is see a doctor if he can’t see his until Monday he could go to the ER and just make sure all is well. With this kind of medication its normally a slow reduction and not so fast as dropping 500 on one go. take care good luck
edit I forgot to say that the normal dose is between 1000-1500 so the dose your friend is on is not over that just on the top end of it. and there is others that are on even higher doses then that
